8171 Benazir Kafalat Program Online Registration, CNIC Check & More 

8171 Benazir Kafalat Programme is the unconditional cash transfer program of the Government of Pakistan under the BISP. Under the program, a stipend of 10,500 is transferred to poor women and other families living in extreme poverty. After completing the registration process and biometric verification, the applicant can get the cash from ATMs, designated retail shops, or specific campsites of partnering banks. 

Bank Alfalah is the designated bank for fund disbursement in Azad Jammu and Kashmir, Gilgit Baltistan, and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. Moreover, Habib Bank is the designated bank for areas like Punjab, Sindh, Islamabad, and Balochistan.

Disqualified People For The BISP Kafalat Program

• Child Registration Certificate CRC or B-Form issued by NADRA

The Registration Process For The Dynamic Survey 

To register for the BISP dynamic survey, you have to follow the below steps:

• Visit the nearest BISP Tehsil Office (BTO).
• Check the Dynamic registration survey desk at the office and stand in line.
• Provide the required documents to the BISP representative at the desk.
• After this, the BISP representative will issue you a token for “New Survey” or “Update Survey”.
• Once you get the token, you will be asked to wait in the waiting area for your turn to enter the registration room for the survey.
• Wait for your turn, and when your number is called off, go to the Registration room. 
• The Data entry operator will ask you some questions about your socioeconomic status and ask you to fill out a form.
• Once your form is completed, you will be asked to put a thumbprint on it for verification.
• After this, the dynamic survey will be completed, and you will receive a message from 8171 to confirm your participation. 
• The dynamic survey will be conducted till June 30, 2024. After this, in July, the BISP will seek out eligible households and provide them with financial assistance of 10,500.
